- BAYSIDE UNITED FC - PRE-SEASON TECHNICAL CENTRE (3 FEBRUARY - 24 MARCH)
Bayside United FC is thrilled to be able to offer a "PRE-SEASON" TECHNICAL CENTRE in Term 1 to help our enthusiastic players get ready for the upcoming season.
This is optional additional training led by the awesome trainers at Tech Kick. Players will engage in high intensity sessions tailored to their age and skill level for the best learning experience. Girls and boys of all abilities are welcome to join in preparation for the season ahead!
Sessions will be now 90min (previously 60min) carousel-style training model including:
- Technical Training - Master ball skills and improve technique
- 1v1 Development - Enhance decision making and attacking / defending skills
- Athletic Development - Build strength, speed and agility with our dedicated strength and conditioning coach.
Registration for Term 1 (8 weeks of training):
* 3 February - 24 March
* Monday afternoons 4:30PM - 6PM
